- Lead-free melting alloys-various applications need their own specified temperatures when designing for a low melt alloy. The low melting alloys- has a melting point of 281F and can go to as low as 174F melting point, making it the only solution for engineering that is very dangerous.
Zamak alloy
This comprises three elements: zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and copper to form the Zamak alloy. It has a much higher melting point of about 400°c, making it have a long life span due to the incredible strength. It’s used in the making of toys, furniture, jewelry, and household appliances. It can also be useful to manufacture guns, die casting, hardware, and automobile components.
